First day
-
During the first session, which will take about two hours, I will learn about your history and the issues you're facing. We will explore what goes wrong when you talk to each other.
- The second and third sessions will be individual. I'll gather information about your most essential childhood relationships to understand how they influence your present relationship with your partner and prevent you from feeling connected to your partner.
WHAT YOU'LL GET

Second day
-
We will work together to find out what happens when you talk to each other. We will explore your good intentions and use them to improve your communication.
-
You will learn a different way to talk to your partner. Instead of focusing on the content and trying to prove your point, you will express your thoughts and feelings in a vulnerable way, bringing your partner closer.
WHAT YOU'LL GET

Third day
-
On the third day, we continue to examine the content of your communication to explore the tender feelings that cause you to fight or avoid each other.
-
You will better understand your partner and change how you view them. You will see that many reactions you thought were intended to hurt you were attempts to bring you closer.
