Rates $200 per 50-minute session
Insurance Please note that I do not bill insurance companies directly, but upon your request, I will give you a statement of receipt to turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. The following is important information to be aware of when you contact your insurance company: (1) Be sure to inform them that I am a “Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, “LMFT” – key word “Licensed”; (2) Let them know I’m am an “Out of Network Provider” - key word “Out”; (3) Ask if you have a “Deductible” to meet & “How Much”; and (4) Ask how much your “Co-Payment” is. Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
